Adults only and product restrictions
Orders are restricted to people aged 18 years or over. You must not order on behalf of a person under 18.
Products, prices and payment
Check the product description, pack or weight option, quantity and delivery address before submitting an order. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Review the total and delivery charge at checkout.
Payment is by PayID using the instructions supplied at checkout. Include the order reference so we can match the payment. An order awaiting PayID is awaiting payment; it does not mean funds have cleared. Contact us promptly if payment details or an order appear incorrect.
Delivery
The store currently accepts Australian delivery addresses. Product-specific restrictions may further limit where an order can be supplied. The standard delivery charge is currently $15 per order. Bulk postage arrangements are agreed by message and applied using an approved free-postage code.
Dispatch time and carrier transit time are separate. Contact orders@afttobacconis.com.au about a delayed, missing or damaged parcel.
Changes, returns and privacy
Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; we will confirm what can be done for its current stage. The Returns policy explains our no-change-of-mind approach and remedies for product problems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Privacy policy explains how customer information is handled.
